1. 삭제 요청 방법

아래 이메일로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요.

1. 메일 제목: studio.sucozy 자동 DM 데이터 삭제 요청
2. 본인 Instagram 사용자 이름(@아이디)
3. 가능한 경우, 해당 댓글이 달린 릴스/게시물 주소 및 작성 시점

비밀번호·Instagram 액세스 토큰 등 민감한 인증정보를 이메일에 보내지 마세요.

2. 요청 후 처리

운영자는 필요한 범위에서 요청자의 권한과 해당 데이터를 확인한 다음, 직접 관리하는 개인정보가 있는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 지체 없이 삭제 또는 처리 중단합니다. 현재 서비스는 댓글 작성자별 고객 데이터베이스를 별도로 운영하지 않습니다.

기술 로그 일부는 Cloudflare의 보관 정책에 따라 단기간 남았다가 자동 만료될 수 있습니다. Instagram에 이미 게시된 댓글이나 전달된 DM은 Meta/Instagram의 기능 및 정책에 따라 별도로 관리됩니다.

3. Instagram에서 직접 삭제하는 방법

Instagram에 작성한 댓글은 앱에서 해당 댓글을 선택해 삭제할 수 있습니다. 수신한 DM은 대화 또는 메시지 관리 기능으로 삭제하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 접근과 권한은 Instagram의 앱 및 웹사이트 설정에서 검토할 수 있습니다.

To request deletion of personal information processed by studio.sucozy auto DM, email adf245@naver.com with the subject “Data deletion request – studio.sucozy” and your Instagram username. Include the relevant post or comment details when possible. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will review the request and delete any directly controlled personal data as required by applicable law. Some technical logs expire under Cloudflare's retention policy; Instagram comments and messages are managed through Meta/Instagram.
